for starters, the basic xp gain in et:


common for all classes:

KILL: 3xp
KILL with HS: 5xp

BATTLESENCE in 30 intervals:

no action: 0xp
recieving damage: 2xp
recieving n giving damage : 5xp
killing n recieving damage: 8xp

medic:

1xp health pack
4xp revive

engineer:

5xp for a 50% of power bar objective such as repairing an mg nest
7.5xp for a 100% power bar objective like repairing a tank
10xp for destroying an objective.
4xp for a land mine or dynamite kill
4xp for defusing an enemy land mine
6 xp for defusing enemy dynamite.

covert ops:

3xp for each land mine spotted
5xp for disguising themselves using an enemy uniform
5xp for kill with a satchel charge
7xp satchel charge to destroy an objective.

field ops:

1xp for giving one of your team's players an ammo pack.
3xp for every enemy player you kill with an air strike
4xp for killing them with an artillery strike
5xp for destroying an objective with either.


what you need to do to achieve 30ppm in sl?

the key element if you want to concentrate to sl and rating is battle sense.

30 xp in 1 minute with medic without whoring and playing like crazy:

* 10 xp = 2 kills with hs (1 kill /30sec)
* 16 xp = battle sense (receiving some damage so you get full battle sense)
* 4 xp = 1 revive or 4 health packs

so
the battle sense makes the most xp. But if you just rush to enemies and
for example make 4 kills in 1 minute but you die 1 time you get only 20
xp...

With covert ops whoring 30xp/min is extremely easy 'cos
you can stay alive easily while disguised and gain battle sense xp +
5xp when you steal uni.

splatterladder's rating system:

et
servers doesn't send any info about players kills/deaths, accuracy or
headshots. Only info splatterladder is gathering is the players xp in
start of the map and xp in the end of the map. That's the only way you
can implement rating in et.


The sessions are not the
same or static, so if you make 100 kills / 10 deaths you may get +0.10
or -0.30. All depends on other players... For example, if all the
players of session have 20.00 rating and same ppm -> everyone will
get +0.00. But if one of the players have lower rating and same ppm he
will get + but others -.

INVITATION TO CLANS

What is this about?:
Qubenet is looking for fellow ET-Clans that have the same issues with empty or almost empty ET Servers

We want to form a Community with 3 to 5 Clans in total, where each Clan will keep their own identity and be run by those leaders they have already.

Who are Qubenet?
Qubenet was founded as a Clan in 2004 and has played ET ever since, We have the whole time been sponsored by a British Company called Qube Network Managed Services, They have kindly been willing to provide us with the servers we have been needing the last almost 8 years - Current Servers we run --> Click Me all located in London UK
At the moment we have around 10 active members from Europe and US ranging in age from early 20ies to late 40ies, we are a nice bunch of happy people that enjoy playing the game while having some chats on teamspeak

How Should this Work?:
- We will disband the Current ET Servers we have an start a Community server and other Clans should disband their servers also an start using the community server, that way we will all play on one server which in the end will attract pubplayers also. if 1 server isnt enough after some time, we will start 1 more and so on.
- Clanleaders will get high level on server, and its up to them to appoint levels to their own members. and Clanleaders are also responsible for what behaviour their members show on Server - Cheating Wont be tolerated.
- Clanleaders will togehter work out a Code of Conduct for all members to follow
- ClanLeaders will decide from beginning, what ET Version and what Mod to Use on the server (so its important to be a part from the start)
- Server will run a mixture of Custom and Standard maps
- Fun settings (sniperwar, panzerwar, doublejump etc) can be enforced on some maps if wanted

Request, but not needed:
I would prefer that Clans beeing part of this, also wanted to move their webhome over to our site, http://et.qubenet.net
The reason for that is quite simple, it will give more trafic (which our sponsor likes) and it will also make the clans closer togehter and giving the feeling of a real community.
Clans will ofc get their own private parts of forum which only can be read by them (and the rootadmin ofc) and again here Clanleader will be admin so he can control his own members and give them right permissions etc etc

that depends on the interest this post makes, but there has to be clans out there like us that are bored of playing against bots on their servers, and are bored paying for them

JACK: i was reading this,and as a former Qubenet member i decided to go in contact with them. because we havbe 3 servers and nowhere is someone ever, if 5 or 6 small clans use the same server there will be nice fights most of the time.
all clans that are acceptet to participate (ofcourse only matured n layed back ppl) will decide together what server settings the new server will have and wich rules everyone wil have to follow... there is a TS3 meeting tomorrow saturday 26.3. 6pm EST on et.qubenet.net:9987
everyone is invited to join this meeting, there will probably follow 1 or 2 more meeting but not sure, be there if u can... they will run the server (or more if needed) without any cost for us...nice thing in my oppinion. so far

if u dont have ts tell mewhat server settings u would prefer!!
